The Lagoon at PGA is a gorgeous home on the 15th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament course. Striking the perfect balance of beauty and comfort, it features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4500 square feet and comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Open concept floor plan with bright views out to the pool and golf course. Luxury touches including travertine floors, a gas fireplace, pool table, fully equipped kitchen with slab granite and a wet bar with sink and mini fridge. The outdoors is perfectly space planned with all the amenities you want on vacation - resort-style pool and spa, putting green, firepit, plenty of lounge chairs and gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. You'll never want to leave!
The incredibly fun backyard has a custom lagoon-style saltwater pool and spa with a cascading stone waterfall, dramatic pool island with glass firepit and lounge chairs, as well as raised sunning areas. 3-hole putting green to work on your short game. 6 lounge chairs to catch the rays. Outdoor dining for 8 and a built in gas BBQ grill. Fairway and mountain views, citrus trees and lush landscaping all add to the magic of this very special property. It's the perfect place for living the good life!
The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool and golf course. There are two seating areas - the first with a large comfortable sectional and flatscreen TV. The second with seating, a gas fireplace and wet bar. The wet bar has a prep area, sink, mini fridge and glassware. The fully equipped kitchen has slab granite countertops, gas range, and a spacious island with seating for 3. The formal dining area has seating for 8 and the kitchen table has seating for 4.
The spacious Master Suite is located in a private corridor of the home with a private entrance to the yard - and has beautiful pool and golf course views. Other Master Suite amenities include a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan and seating area. The Master bathroom has dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub and large shower with dual showerheads and bench seating. Two walk in closets.
Suites 2 and 3 each have King beds, HDTVs, walk in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 has 2 Double Bunk Beds, TV, and access to the hall bathroom. Suite 5 is in the attached courtyard Casita and has 2 Queen beds, HDTV, walk in closet and en suite bath with tub/shower combo.

Located in one of the best locations in PGA West close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.

Wonderful Couples Trip
We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Lagoon at PGA house. We had four couples for a week. The house was beautiful and very spacious. It was very nice working with the management company. They were very responsive to our needs. We’d love to come again to beautiful Palm Springs and this house.

5 Start Property
Two big thumbs up for the Lagoon at PGA. Me and 4 friends were there for a golf trip. The house was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. We all agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable and appreciated having our own bathrooms as well. The location on the Nicklaus course made for some nice views out the back patio, and pool and spa were both warm and used each day. The management company was also very responsive when we had two minor issues (how to control the TV and how to let an Uber driver get into the neighborhood). The only minor drawback was location, as it is pretty far from any restaurants, shops, stores, etc. but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to La Quinta in the future.

Great Stay in La Quinta

Beautiful house with great views. Loved the pool and amenities that were included. The only downside was that street parking was not allowed. However, 4 cars fit in the garage/entrance. Overall, highly recommend this location.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!
Our annual group desert trip was cancelled twice by La Quinta resorts (Waldorf Astoria). Found this wonderful property at the suggestion of some friends. We were a bit worried about 8 people in the same house, but since this house has 4 bedrooms with en-suites it turned out to be perfect! Plenty of room and the pool was fantastic! If you want to get away from today's hassles with friends and family, rent this place!

Amazing desert retreat!
My family and I just had a wonderful stay at The Lagoon at PGA. The home is very spacious and the location on the golf course provides privacy and great views. The backyard is tremendously spacious and we had a great time in the pool - it feels like you are on vacation! The home is very clean and well appointed. We will be back!! Excellent, would stay again
Everything was well done- there were instructions for everything- pool, thermostat, etc. House was clean and stocked with you need. (We used three grocery delivery service which was so worth it) Beautiful spot! Easy check in/out.
