Mesa Ranch is a charming 4 bedroom compound situated on over an acre of land in the historic Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs. Walled and gated for privacy with immaculate landscaping, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower and closeup mountain views. The main house has a gourmet kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The guest house features a 9 foot pool table, poker table, kitchenette and a private bedroom and bathroom. It's a beautiful home, spectacularly close to the mountains, in an ultra private, celebrity studded neighborhood.
The outdoors is a perfect mix of sun and shaded areas. At the center of the spacious yard is the sparkling saltwater pool and integrated spa. There are multiple outdoor seating areas, a dining table, BBQ and an outdoor fireplace to gather by as the stars come out. Outside the west side of the office is a lanai with its own gas fire pit.
The main house has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with seating for 2 at the oversized island. The dining table has seating for 6. The great room has a TV, seating and a heat n glow fireplace.
Three of the four bedrooms are in the main original masonry home. The Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with shower, TV, private patio and an adjacent office/reading room. The office area can be closed off from the Master suite and main living space by closing the barn doors at each end. Suite 2 has a King bed, en suite bath with tub/shower, TV and sliding glass doors out to the pool. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV and easy access to the adjacent full bathroom with shower. Suite 4 is in the 1,100 square foot detached guest house and is perfect for a bit of privacy. It has a King bed, doors to a private patio, TV and bathroom with shower. The guest house great room has a poker table, pool table, a 75" wall mounted Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of all natural Beekman soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Located south of the main drag of downtown, this home will provide the perfect mix of privacy and convenience while still being close to all of the action. Make your way over to the South Lykken Trailhead for a scenic hike in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto State Park. When it is time to venture out a bit, the hustle and bustle of Palm Canyon Drive will be just the place to get your fill of local shops, restaurants and museums in town. The Moorten Botanical Garden is also a great attraction within walking distance. Mesa Modern Ranch is the perfect spot to soak up the famous year-round sun in Palm Springs!

Oasis in Palm Springs
I rent my own home in Tuscany and have an excellently stocked kitchen but this kitchen outdoes mine! We had a wonderful time in this spacious oasis in the desert. We hardly left the house we were so comfortable. That said, there’s a lot to do around town if you want it but the house was so great, we stayed in most of the time. A great place to get together with friends (our case 4 adult women with our own space) or for families. A fun retreat. Highly recommend!

We all wanted to move in here permanently. Amazing quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool, incredible mountain backdrop. Kitchen was stocked with any tool we could have wanted. Thoughtful details abounded in Mesa Ranch. Can’t wait to go back!

This spacious luxury home was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 2 small children. Each of the 3 pairs of adults had their own separate suite like areas and the young kids had a room with no door to the outside which is a nice safety feature. The pool area is private and quiet and the game room with pool table was a blast. The home is close to everything PS has to offer but feels like you are really close to nature. We even saw a bobcat twice. Love this place and would definitely go back.

Host had excellent communication and helped us get a new booking when our initial reservation was cancelled by another host. We will definitely book again in the future and look for their properties since they are so nice and clean. Each room has its own bathroom and everything in the house is labeled. Perfect house for a family to relax.
Such a relaxing enjoyable home to spend a week. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped to cook any meal. Pool and hot tub were heated and easy to operate. The guest house with the pool table and large TV plus comfy sofa and chairs made the trip!!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! The place was immaculate and the instructions to get in was very straightforward. The team that managed the Airbnb was very responsive as well. Close proximity to downtown and less than 10 mins away from a grocery store — all around a great place and would recommend to anyone.

Great house! Quiet neighborhood, fantastic pool. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. We were there for a long weekend (Friday - Monday) as a siblings reunion - my brother and 2 sisters and myself. There was ample space for each of us and the pool and kitchen were great for hanging out together. We loved that there was the card table, pool table and lots of board games. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy all of them as much as we would have liked (needed more time!). The location is an easy drive to the center of Palm Springs for eating and shopping. But, we did very little of that as the house was such a relaxing and well pointed oasis. I would definitely return here.

A great family retreat
