Welcome to Palo Santo, a 1948 Rancho Mirage beauty. It’s stylish, cool, and the interior and exterior have been completely remodeled, yet retained original touches like tongue and groove wood ceilings. The interior features designer furnishings, open concept floorplan, gourmet kitchen, great room, media room, and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a lovely home, spectacularly close to the mountains in the heart of the Coachella Valley.
Perfectly situated on over half an acre, with old growth cactus and big views. At the center of the yard is the sparkling pool and integrated spa. Outdoor dining with seating for 6 and BBQ. The backyard also has an outdoor lounge with a fire pit for cooler evenings.
Indoors features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for 3. The great room has comfortable seating, fireplace and a TV, and the dining room has seating for 4. Step down into the media room and bar - it has a Queen sleeper sofa, big screen TV, bar, doors to the pool, and interior doors if utilized as a bedroom.
The Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bath, and direct outdoor access. The bathroom has a soaking tub and large shower with views out to the mountains. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and easy access to the hall bathroom with shower.

Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Palm Desert with the famous El Paseo shopping district, Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
