Yes. Booking direct with us saves up to 15% compared with the same house on Airbnb or Vrbo for the same dates, because there is no platform service fee on top.
Are there any fees when I book direct?
Our pricing is all-inclusive: the total shown before you book is everything, with nothing added afterwards. It is made up of the rent, cleaning, a damage waiver, the city lodging tax, and one booking fee of about 3%, which basically covers credit-card processing.
Is it the same house as the Airbnb or Vrbo listing?
Yes. Many of our homes are also listed on the big platforms. Booking here gets you the same house and the same local team; you simply book with us rather than through a platform.
Who do I talk to before and during my stay?
Our own team, based in Palm Desert. We manage the homes, arrange concierge services such as private chefs and grocery pre-stocking, and offer 24-hour support during your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 10% cancellation fee applies from the date of booking until 60 days before your stay. From 60 to 30 days before arrival there is a 50% cancellation fee, and from 30 days until arrival there are no refunds.
