We specialize in a selective collection of luxury vacation homes. We consider location, architecture, interiors, condition, amenities and the guest experience when evaluating a home for the collection.
Are booking-platform fees deducted from my income?
No booking-platform fees are passed on to the homeowner. For the same stay, your agreed net rental rate is the same across booking channels. We’ll explain the management agreement and any other property expenses during your evaluation.
What is included at no additional charge?
DLE covers professional property photography and guest consumables, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, trash bags, laundry pods, dish soap and sponges. Pre-arrival and departure inspections are also included.
What does the 60% booking figure represent?
Sixty percent of all DLE bookings come from direct relationships and repeat clients. The figure describes the company’s overall booking sources, not a separate repeat-guest percentage or a forecast for an individual home.
Where will my property be marketed?
Our network includes DLE’s own website and direct relationships, Airbnb, Airbnb Luxe, Vrbo, Expedia, Villas of Distinction, Wander, Google, luxury travel agents and other travel platforms. The distribution approach is tailored to the home and the channels.
How do you prepare and care for my home?
Our process includes a pre-arrival inspection, 24-hour guest support during the stay, a departure inspection, high-end housekeeping and cleaning quality control.
Can I discuss personal stays or switching managers?
Yes. Tell us how you use the home and whether it is already rented. We can discuss your priorities, existing reservations and management commitments as part of planning the next steps.
