Our concierge team is based here in the desert and looks after guests staying in Desert Luxury Estates homes across Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. Tell us what you want from the trip and we’ll arrange it, confirm the details with you and coordinate with the people providing it.

Can you help with something that isn’t listed?
Yes, ask. The list covers what guests request most often, not everything we can arrange. Tell us what you need and we’ll look into options and availability for your dates.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for holiday weekends and the big events — Coachella, Stagecoach and the BNP Paribas Open — when chefs and other providers book up early. Requests during your stay are welcome too.
Are concierge services included in my rental?
Concierge services are arranged separately from your rental, and pricing depends on the service and the provider. We confirm the cost with you before anything is booked.
Do all homes have pickleball or a golf simulator?
No, amenities vary by home. Sierra Vista has a private pickleball court. Delgado Estate has a tennis court with pickleball lines and a Foresight golf simulator, available for an additional charge. Check the home’s listing, or ask us.
How do I make a request?
Email or call with your DLE home, travel dates, number of guests and what you’d like. Haven’t picked a house yet? We can help with that first.
