Desert Luxury Estates · For Rancho Mirage Homeowners
Short stays are banned in Rancho Mirage. Monthly and seasonal guests are not, and that is how the homes we manage here rent.
Know the Rules
The rules in plain terms, checked November 2026. They change, and they can depend on your street and your HOA, so we confirm how they apply to your home as part of the evaluation.
A Rancho Mirage home earns from guests who stay a month or a season: snowbirds, families, people working remotely or between homes. All 14 of our Rancho Mirage homes rent that way, and the large lots and quiet streets the city is known for are exactly what those guests come for.
Our Rancho Mirage Collection
Every one rents by the month or the season.
